Red apples belong to the Rose family, most commonly in temperate regions, this fruit often ripens in the fall. To Vietnamese, this apple originated from Western European countries, but in fact, Asia countries (temperate climate) are planted in Japan, Korea, China. In Vietnam, the red apple also is planted many in provinces at the border with China like Son La, Lao Cai. It is considered a very healthy food with vitamins, minerals, and a variety of antioxidants.
